The Service integrates with official UK government APIs (Companies House) to retrieve publicly available company information.

3. User Accounts and Authentication

3.1 Account Creation

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
• You must provide a valid email address
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must not share your authentication links with others

3.2 Magic Link Authentication

The Service uses passwordless magic link authentication. Each link is:

• Valid for 15 minutes only
• Single-use (expires after one use)
• Unique to your email address

• No Liability: We are not liable for decisions based on AI suggestions
• Professional Advice: Consult qualified professionals for legal matters

8. Service Availability

8.1 Uptime

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance
• Emergency repairs
• Third-party service outages (AWS, Companies House API)
• Force majeure events

8.2 Modifications

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue features
• Update the Service without notice
• Change pricing (with notice to existing users)

9. Limitation of Liability
